Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Perform month-end close for multiple entities
• Cross-train on prepaids, fixed assets, and other areas
• Record cash activity and reconcile bank accounts
• Support financial and tax audits with PBC schedules
• Ensure GAAP compliance with accounting policies
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years accounting experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management
• Self-starter; independent and collaborative
• Understanding of financial/accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
