Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Perform month-end close functions for multiple entities
• Prepare journal entries
• Analyze and book accruals for pending invoices, open purchase orders, contracts, and credit card
• Reconcile, provide supporting documentation and detailed analysis for assigned balance sheet
• Review and provide notes from detailed analysis to assigned cost center income statement for month
• Perform actual to budget/forecast Income Statement review for assigned cost center

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Confident self-starter with a solid ability to work both independently and collaboratively with
