Own end-to-end AR/AP processes; maintain supporting docs in the invoice system
Manage AR aging and collections; resolve with customers
Reconcile DTC sales channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, StockX, etc.)
Run AP process: enter vendor bills, maintain documentation, and record transactions
Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies prior to payment

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of accounting with month-end close exposure
Experience owning AR/AP processes or close deliverables
Hands-on experience with NetSuite as a primary accounting system
Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with large transaction datasets
AI-native: comfortable using AI tools daily to accelerate reconciliations, analysis, and documentation
