📋 Description

  • Apply customer payments (checks, ACH, wires, card) against open invoices
  • Clear unapplied cash, short-pays and overpayments, working with our credit team
  • Produce AR aging and unapplied-cash reporting for management and credit
  • Reconcile all bank accounts monthly and investigate reconciling items promptly
  • Flag unusual or unauthorized activity right away
  • Reconcile Ramp monthly and review transaction coding

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (Preferred)
  • 2–4 years of general accounting experience, including account reconciliations
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and the month-end close
  • Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Online
  • Reliability on deadlines and clear, timely communication when something is off
  • NetSuite experience
