Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Ensure accuracy of monthly close and support timely reporting.
• Mature accounting practices to maintain accuracy and scale.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize processes and standardize workflows.
• Operate finance systems (Navan, Expensify, Workday) with onboarding/offboarding focus.
• Assist in general ledger areas including payroll, accruals, and debt accounting.
• Support audits and other key initiatives.

• The ability to translate accounting jargon into accessible concepts.
• A desire to hunt for new ways to improve yourself and the company.
• Experience with modern tools like Sage Intacct, Netsuite, Workday, Expensify, Navan.
• 1-3 years of experience in GAAP or Tax accounting.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent; CPA eligible preferred.
