Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Own key accounting areas: cash, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany accounting as applicable
• Support monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, and produce reliable financial reporting
• Collaborate with AP, Payroll, FP&A, and operations to provide complete financial information
• Assist audits, tax and compliance requests with clear schedules and documentation
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline close workflows and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years progressive accounting experience; public/accounting or high-growth SaaS experience a
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial-statement support
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Netsuite or similar ERP
• Excellent attention to detail, clear communication, and cross-team collaboration
