Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Support the month-end close process through the preparation of journal entries, accruals, account
• Support the monthly marketing accrual process by gathering inputs from Marketing stakeholders and
• Maintain fixed asset accounting, including recording asset additions, placements, transfers
• Prepare prepaid expense schedules and monthly amortization entries, reviewing vendor contracts and
• Support company-wide expense management processes, helping ensure accurate reporting, policy
• Support annual audits and quarterly reviews by preparing schedules and supporting documentation and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is a plus
• Foundational understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• CPA candidacy or interest in pursuing the CPA is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills, with comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, or a comparable ERP system is a plus.
