Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable and Billing

📋 Description

• Prepare and process customer invoices per contracts and billing procedures.
• Submit invoices and docs via customer billing portals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor receivables and support collections to maintain healthy balances.
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve invoice issues promptly and professionally.
• Partner with project managers and ops teams to maintain accurate billing and project data.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• BA/BS in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze financial data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate records.
