Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly journal entries for inventory, hardware costs, and fixed assets
• Own balance sheet reconciliations for hardware inventory and fixed assets
• Perform monthly cost accounting: COGS variance and inventory valuation
• Contribute to cost accounting dashboards and leadership reporting
• Manage end-to-end T&E accounting, including GL reconciliation
• Support revenue recognition and journal entries for subsidiaries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years accounting experience in tech/hardware/product company
• Working knowledge of cost accounting: COGS, inventory, fixed assets
• Experience with journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations in an ERP system
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; reconciliation templates
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to summarize issues for non-finance stakeholders
