Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Ownership of A/P, credit cards, and employee expenses
• Record cash receipts and process disbursements and POs
• Analyze A/R aging and suggest bad debt actions
• Reconcile A/R, sales tax, deferred revenue, fixed assets, and bank statements
• Review customer contracts and set up revenue recognition in NetSuite
• Assist with AR collections efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS industry, regulations, and revenue recognition
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance
• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Avalara, and Ramp
• Strong Excel skills including lookups, sumifs, and pivot tables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a remote environment
