Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Record journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and perform monthly reconciliations of bank
• Prepare customer invoices, apply incoming payments, manage collections, maintain deferred revenue
• Process vendor invoices and payments, oversee company credit card workflows, review employee
• Prepare accruals, prepaids, deferrals, and cost of goods sold (COGS) entries. Complete account
• Monitor daily cash activity and reconcile cash accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain customer records, contracts, and commission data in Salesforce while ensuring billing and

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including accrual accounting
• Experience using QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting and financial management system.
• Salesforce experience is considered an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with financial data and spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
