Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Execute accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for assigned
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses for areas such as cash, prepaid
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support an efficient and accurate accounting
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for assigned areas of
• Provide supporting information for financial statement audits and tax filings as required.
• Help optimize existing accounting platforms and workflows, including the use of NetSuite, Floqast

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a corporate accounting environment.
• Required hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial data and
• Solid understanding of accounting close processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
