Staff Accountant I

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Reconcile Revenue and COGS for different divisions monthly
• Provide variance reports for Revenue, COGS, and SG&A to Accounting Manager
• Review general and administrative costs for accuracy and research variances
• Respond to correspondence and inquiries related to sales tax
• Assist in gathering documentation for annual financial audit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong communication, written, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of NetSuite and PowerBI
