Staff Accountant - Revenue

📋 Description

• Supporting the daily and weekly needs of the Accounting/Finance team
• Implementing systems, software, processes, and procedures
• Maintaining a system of controls over all accounting transactions
• Assisting with issuing timely and accurate monthly financial statements
• Ensuring clients are invoiced timely and accurately
• Facilitating collection efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience
• Accounting degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both spoken and written communication) preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Commitment to producing error-free work
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
