Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and own AI-powered system architectures, incl Generative AI and multi-agent workflows.
• Design orchestration patterns for LLMs with APIs, data platforms, and tools.
• Architect agentic AI systems with multi-agent coordination and human-in-the-loop.
• Establish MCP, tool integration, and agent interoperability standards.
• Define evaluation and governance for AI, incl metrics, safety, observability.
• Lead model selection and trade-offs for latency, cost, and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI architectures with Generative AI, NLP, LLM integration, and software engineering.
• Strong background building software platforms (Python/Django, Java/Spring, TypeScript/Express) for API integration.
• Deep understanding of model trade-offs and selecting the right model per use case.
• Hands-on experience with function-calling and tools integration into LLMs via MCP.
• Experience with Agentic AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI).
• Experience using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodeDeploy, Azure Pipelines).
