Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as architectural conscience for early AI decisions and tool evals
• Collaborate with Investigations & AI lead and AgentForce on patterns
• Keep AI stack decisions open; document trade-offs and criteria
• Define engineering standards: observability, versioning, cost governance
• Produce foundation documents detailing decisions and deferred items

🎯 Requirements

• Production AI architecture decisions: eval framework and LLM patterns
• Built AI evaluation/observability framework in production
• Bridged internal tooling and customer AI products: reliability and cost
• Operated as a Staff IC with cross-team influence, not direct reports
• Bonus: familiarity with LangSmith, MLflow, or Databricks ML
• Interest in crypto safety and digital assets
