Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and ship production software for Enterprise Tech initiatives (APIs, data, UIs).
• Direct AI coding agents with specs, acceptance criteria, and verification steps.
• Review AI-generated code, tests, PRs, and migrations for security and readiness.
• Design integration-heavy, data-intensive enterprise systems.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling and coding-agent workflows for delivery.
• Track delivery metrics like cycle time, quality, and health.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years shipping production software as hands-on engineer or staff-level.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript experience across backend/frontend/data/API.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents/tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Strong judgment for reviewing AI-generated code and human oversight.
• Experience building/integrating services, APIs, data stores, event-driven systems.
• Cloud-native development with GCP, CI/CD, monitoring, security scanning.
