Staff AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Integrate Generative AI models (LLMs) with external APIs/tools via secure orchestration.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI workflows and Agentic AI solutions (autonomous or human-in-the-loop).
• Implement and optimize multi-agent systems using MCP and interoperability frameworks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics for agent autonomy, performance, and safety.
• Ensure robust AI agent operations with observability, monitoring, and MLOps.
• Collaborate with data experts on model selection, tuning, and performance validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing AI architectures with Generative AI, NLP, and LLM integration.
• Strong background building platforms (Python/Django, Java/Spring, TypeScript/Express) for API integration.
• Hands-on with function-calling and tool integration into LLMs via MCP.
• Expertise in data embeddings, vector databases, and chunking strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CodeDeploy, Azure Pipelines).
• Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP with Bedrock or Azure AI Services.
