🎯 Requirements

5+ years backend/full-stack with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models, strengths and limits.
Experience with orchestration frameworks and multi-model AI integration.
Experience developing evaluation frameworks and metrics for AI features.
Familiarity with AI privacy, security, and compliance.
Proven experience shipping AI-powered features in production.
