Staff AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement production ML systems for Dragos platform.
• Build and deploy AI/ML capabilities for threat detection and ICS/xOT.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and product teams to deliver features.
• Develop production-ready ML pipelines for cloud and on-prem environments.
• Translate research concepts into scalable production ML systems.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and maintain high code quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of engineering, with 4+ years ML in production.
• Strong Python and SQL; Go/Rust/Java is a plus.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, HuggingFace.
• Build and productionize ML systems for ICS/OT security.
• Data pipelines, real-time and batch processing.
• MLOps: versioning, monitoring, and deployment in high-reliability environments.
