Staff AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with product, design, and engineering to identify AI/ML opportunities
• Prototype and productionize AI systems (recommendations, NLP interfaces, agentic workflows)
• Develop and scale AI/ML infrastructure for internal tooling and customer features
• Tackle UX problems at the intersection of AI, BI, and apps
• Base salary range: $240k-$270k; stock options
• Bonus: built agents that plan, reason, and use tools; cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field (required)
• 10+ years building and deploying production AI/ML systems
• Deep knowledge of ML, DL, and applied AI
• Experience across ML lifecycle: data curation, training, deployment, monitoring
• Track record shipping complex AI features (e.g., recommendations, search, translation)
• Experience adapting/training foundation models (language or multimodal)
