Staff AI/ML Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and test multi-turn, state-aware conversational systems using LLM reasoning loops and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Innovate by adopting new AI frameworks and advances in generative/agentic AI
• Promote AI/ML best practices and mentor junior team members
• Lead initiatives to accelerate adoption of Conversational AI across EcoVadis
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions using Python, MLflow, Azure stack and Databricks
• Stay in close contact with customers to evaluate needs and drive business value

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics/Applied Math, AI, CS, Computational Linguistics)
• 8+ years ML/NLP experience, 4+ years in production Conversational AI
• Advanced knowledge of agentic frameworks and autonomous systems at scale
• Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives with strong software practices
• Excellent mentoring and accountability for timely delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers
