Staff AI/ML Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and test multi-turn conversational systems using LLMs
• Lead multi-agent framework orchestration (LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Innovate with generative AI and agentic frameworks
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions with Python, MLflow, Azure, Databricks
• Align AI with customer needs and business value

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Master’s in quantitative field (Statistics/AI/CS/Computational Linguistics)
• 8+ years ML/NLP with 4+ years in production Conversational AI
• Strong knowledge of agentic frameworks; autonomous agentic systems at scale
• Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives from design to deployment
• Excellent mentoring and accountability for delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineers and product managers
