Staff AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Evolve AI use throughout the SDLC with autonomous agents and tooling
• Maintain Pilotbase monorepos: shared libraries and tooling across 20+ libs
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, tests, quality gates
• Co-manage cloud infra: AWS ECS/Fargate, ALB, ECR, Terraform
• Strengthen authentication and authorization: enterprise SSO, OAuth
• Build and operate feature flag services for safe deployments

🎯 Requirements

• AI-first engineer with tooling and a strong view on AI changing software
• Experience implementing agentic AI frameworks for software development
• Hands-on with monorepo tools: Nx, Turborepo, or npm/pnpm/yarn workspaces
• Hands-on with AWS ECS/Fargate, ALB, ECR, IAM and Terraform
• Comfortable with CI/CD systems and container deployments
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB
