Staff AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and operate the internal application platform for AI-generated applications
• Provide governed access to data warehouse and shared Postgres cluster
• Build and operate a central knowledge platform with retrieval quality management
• Design and deploy shared MCP infrastructure with gateway layer and MCP servers
• Own model selection and cost optimization
• Build agent orchestration layer with workflows and evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field plus 7+ years of
• Strong production programming in Python and Go
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems in production (RAG, embeddings, vector/hybrid
• Experience with agent frameworks, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol
• Experience with workflow orchestration or state-machine frameworks (LangGraph, Temporal, or Dagster)
• Experience building evaluation sets and harnesses for LLM systems
