📋 Description

• Lead an independent research agenda on LLMs and agentic systems, from hypothesis to deployment.
• Design and run post-training experiments (SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO) for multi-step reasoning.
• Create evaluation benchmarks for real-world enterprise tasks.
• Develop data synthesis and curation pipelines for high-quality training data.
• Shape model architecture and training roadmap with research insights for enterprise LLMs.
• Publish and present at top ML venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, ACL).

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years ML research; trained models at scale; ship impactful improvements.
• Expert in post-training methods: SFT, RLHF, RLAIF, DPO, GRPO.
• Strong Python & PyTorch (or JAX); build scalable training pipelines.
• Strong ML/AI publication record at major venues.
• Hands-on design/evaluation of agentic systems.
• Ph.D. in CS/ML/NLP or equivalent research.
• Values-driven: connect, challenge, own projects end-to-end.
