🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals; reason across systems, data, APIs, infra.
• Owned production work from problem definition through launch.
• Use AI tools and agents as part of your workflow.
• Explain how you increased velocity without lowering quality.
• Examples of automating your own or your team's work.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; turn unclear problems into shipped software.
• Communicate clearly; work well across functions.
• Care about privacy, security, reliability, and customer trust.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products or workflows to production.
• Experience with retrieval, tool use, evaluation, monitoring, or agent workflows.
• Experience in vertical SaaS, education, fintech, healthcare, or ops-heavy domains.
• Portfolio of personal projects or open-source work.
