Staff Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with GTM leaders to frame business questions, prioritize high-impact analyses, and
• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting layers, and analytical workflows for Sales, Customer
• Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends to identify
• Develop forecasting, scenario-planning, and decision-support models for performance drivers.
• Use SQL, Python, and modern analytics tooling to extract and analyze large datasets from multiple
• Identify repetitive workflows to improve via automation or AI-assisted analysis in day-to-day GTM

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue ops, BI, or similar supporting
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency for analysis, automation, and scalable reporting.
• Experience building dashboards, analytic models, and KPI frameworks influencing decisions.
• Proven success supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Ops, or similar GTM functions in
• Strong business acumen linking data trends to customer and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication to simplify analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
