Staff Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with domain teams to implement hub-and-spoke data architecture.
• Develop core Analytics layer in the data warehouse with SQL logic and context.
• Build AI-ready semantic layer across business domains.
• Partner with stakeholders and product team to meet analytics needs.
• Work with data engineering to ensure platform scalability.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in BI, Analytics, and/or Data Engineering.
• 4+ years developing data modeling strategies.
• 3+ years developing in dbt.
• Highly proficient in SQL; interpret and optimize queries.
• Thrive in fast-paced env; design standards from the ground up.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent).
