📋 Description

• Lead technical decisions that will scale Reddit's Android Platform to the next 100M+ DAUs
• Drive Developer Experience strategy to accelerate build and test cycles and improve release safety
• Architect Android Client Health and Observability foundations (events, traces, dashboards) to
• Champion AI supercharged developer and agent workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience with 3+ years building Android applications, with a track
• Experience setting technical direction and delivering shared platform capabilities in a large
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Android lifecycle and concurrency, and modern Android technologies such
• Strong background in Android platform/infrastructure work: shared libraries or frameworks
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on problem solving, with evidence of measurable improvements to
• Ability to influence without formal authority, build consensus across engineering, product, design
