Staff Application Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and continuously improve application security capabilities at enterprise scale.
• Develop reusable security automations, integrations, APIs, workflows, and developer tools.
• Establish secure-by-default golden paths, paved roads, and reusable patterns.
• Design and implement security solutions across source code, containers, cloud-native apps, CI/CD
• Partner with Cloud Security and engineering teams to integrate security across workflows.
• Improve vulnerability prioritization, triage, remediation, validation, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Application Security, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or related field.
• Deep expertise in secure software development, vulnerability management, and software supply chain
• Hands-on experience building security automation, integrations, APIs, platforms, developer tooling
• Strong software engineering and scripting skills (Python or similar).
• Experience integrating AppSec technologies (SAST, SCA, secrets detection, container security, CI/CD
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive adoption through documentation, communication, and
