📋 Description

• Build and ship AI-powered features across product areas.
• Trade‑offs on quality vs latency; build vs buy decisions.
• Collaborate with Product/Design/Engineering to prioritize what to build.
• Own evaluation, monitoring, and productionization of AI features.
• Partner with GenAI Core platform to validate choices.
• Set standards for AI feature delivery (eval, monitoring, privacy).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping GenAI features to production.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• AI evaluation and observability for LLM systems.
• Privacy and security in LLM apps (PII, prompt injection).
• Experience with Vector DBs, orchestration, durable execution, LLM APIs.
• Build APIs and data pipelines (RAG, vector search) for feeding data into LLMs.
