📋 Description

• Build and scale AI tools for long-task autonomous agents
• Develop OpenPipe RL features to learn from experience
• Validate research ideas against real customer tasks
• Collaborate with GPU-rich team on CUDA-focused tooling
• Ship production-ready research and drive technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years ML or applied research, or PhD +4 yrs industry
• Proven success in LLM training methods or systems for real tasks
• Deep expertise in LLM post-training: SFT, RL, distillation, reward modeling
• Strong research judgment; design experiments from ambiguous results
• Experience taking research from hypothesis to production deployment
• Proven ability to set technical direction and mentor engineers
