📋 Description

• Frame problems mathematically with data scientists, engineers, PMs.
• Write production-grade ML/Optimization models and tooling.
• Perform data analysis and develop ML/Optimization proofs-of-concept.
• Evaluate ML systems to meet business goals; implement in live systems.
• Define metrics to monitor product health and impacts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• MS or PhD in ML/OR/Stats/CS or related fields.
• 2+ years algorithms experience in a tech company.
• Proficiency in Python and production coding environment.
• Passion for solving unstructured problems and building ML models.
• Strong ML methodologies; proven experience building/evaluating models.
• Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration.
