Staff Applied Scientist

📋 Description

• Design and build knowledge graphs that turn unstructured content into structured, reliable knowledge
• Build agents and agentic retrieval systems that find, check, and use that knowledge
• Use feedback from real users to keep knowledge accurate and improve results over time
• Define how we measure quality, and use those measures to decide what ships
• Set technical direction and make build vs. buy calls on tools and approaches
• Work with Product, Engineering, and other AI teams to turn research into features customers use

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years applying ML in production
• Strong background in NLP and LLMs. Experience with RAG is expected
• Experience with finetuning LLM and classical ML is expected
• Track record of designing evaluations and using them to decide what ships
• 3+ years building knowledge graphs in production, including ontology design, information
• Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and query languages like Cypher
