Staff Autonomy Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own technical program execution for Nuro's autonomy team - working closely with Autonomy engineers
• Build and maintain Autonomy's long-term roadmap - the new driving capabilities we will build and
• Identify issues early, help teams make tradeoffs, and drive problems to resolution.
• Create clear updates for leaders on progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Build strong working relationships across Nuro and within the Autonomy team.
• Use data and judgment to support decision-making and measure progress over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or business operations.
• Engineering degree.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
