📋 Description

• Own end-to-end backend for LLM orchestration and workflows.
• Build non-deterministic, cost-sensitive AI workloads at scale.
• Architect and own backend systems in a greenfield environment.
• Design identity and knowledge layer; secure data flows.
• Architect agent networks and trust/autonomy systems.

• Strong backend engineering with scalable systems.
• Experience with LLM infrastructure or AI-native workloads.
• Distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, reliability.
• Ability to define technical direction in fast-moving environments.
• In-person work; on-site in SF/NYC.
