🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering
• 3+ years as a technical leader
• Deep expertise building and scaling ad formats or similar systems
• Excellent programming and system design for highly available, low-latency backends
• AI-native approach using modern AI tooling and embedding AI practices
• Customer-focused product thinker who translates problems into direction
• Strong collaboration, mentorship, and leadership with clear communication
