🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of hands-on software engineering
• BS/MS in CS or equivalent experience
• Technical leadership: hands-on, setting direction, mentoring
• Focus on efficiency, availability, quality, and reliability
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Bonus: experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google)
