📋 Description

• Scale Grafana Alerting with distributed backend systems.
• Collaborate with Cloud and on-prem teams to run at scale.
• Own features from ideation to production and operations.
• Contribute to open-source Grafana projects.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and availability of services.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend experience, with at least one language.
• Go experience preferred; exposure to Python/Java/C++/Rust is fine.
• Hands-on with distributed systems and cloud services.
• Excellent communication in a remote, globally distributed team.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features from idea to customer.
• Familiarity with open-source processes and contributing beyond your team.
