• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in backend software engineering, data-intensive systems.
• 5+ years with GCP or equivalent cloud stack.
• Python backend expert; proficient in Rust, C++, or Java.
• Mastery of large-scale distributed systems (async, streaming, caching).
• Strong SQL and relational DBs; NoSQL/in-memory stores.
• 3+ years leading or working with globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication; able to influence across teams.
