🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years in search or backend engineering
Production experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
Experience with high-scale real-time data ingestion
Strong understanding of query parsing, indexing, relevance tuning
Experience with TypeScript and vector search preferred
