Define multi-tenant SaaS architecture with isolation, quotas, audit logs, and background jobs.
Create APIs and interfaces enabling AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and apps to access context and signals.
Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, and dashboards for reliability.
Shape architecture, storage choices, API contracts, and deployment patterns for the new product area.
Communicate effectively across teams; own the AI solutions end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI-powered apps.
Proven track record delivering production software used by users.
Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand system behavior.
