• Create scalable multi-tenant SaaS foundation with isolation, quotas, audit logs, and background jobs.
• Enable agent-facing retrieval workflows via APIs for context, provenance, signals, and warnings.
• Collaborate with product and infra to balance fast experiments with reliability.
• Instrument services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, dashboards to improve reliability.
• Shape architecture, storage, API contracts, and deployment patterns.
