🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years backend development, focus on platform/infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Go, Node.js, Python.
• Experience in distributed systems state management and microservices.
• Proficient in backend testing frameworks and system testing best practices.
• Experience collaborating across teams and communicating transparently.
• Experience mentoring engineers and peers.
