• Build the technical foundation for virtual care delivery.
• Design and implement the core platform connecting EHR, care mgmt, billing, and patient communications.
• Create robust integrations and data flows with HIPAA-compliant, scalable architecture.
• Enable operational intelligence and automation for patient care workflows.
• Lead critical technical decisions and engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of software development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Ruby or Python
• 2+ years of hands-on Elixir experience
• Experience shipping high-quality, reliable software
• Experience improving quality via code reviews, testing, rollout, and monitoring
• Healthcare tech exp: FHIR/HL7/X12, EHR integrations, HIPAA APIs
• Experience as one of the first engineers at an early-stage startup
• Deep Elixir expertise, including Phoenix LiveView
