Staff Biostatistician

📋 Description

• Lead biostatistics on complex clinical studies with oversight.
• Provide expert guidance on innovative study design and endpoints.
• Develop the statistical sections of study protocols.
• Interpret analyses and ensure accuracy in reports and regulatory documents.
• Conduct overall statistical review of Tables/Figures/Listings.
• Coordinate with internal statistics programmers for timely deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree or higher in Statistics, Biostatistics or Math.
• 10+ years lead project work as statistician on clinical trials.
• Expert understanding of biostatistics processes and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Strong interpersonal/relationship management to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Strong programming: R (required) and Python (preferred); R Markdown/Sweave.
