🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or relevant experience.
• 8+ years in brand design and web design.
• Experience designing marketing websites as the primary brand surface.
• Deep Webflow expertise: CMS structures, components, interactions, performance.
• Portfolio shows identity craft and shipped, high-traffic sites.
• Active AI fluency: using AI in production.
