Staff Business Analyst - Credit

📋 Description

• Own process for cash-flow based lending decisioning recommendations
• Improve customer usage of Plaid insight data with tailored solutions
• Serve as SME on Plaid credit insights for DS, Eng, GTM teams
• Translate lender objectives into actionable credit decisioning guidance
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure practical, scalable credit solutions
• Help customers optimize use of alternative data across lending lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, credit risk, underwriting, or related function
• Deep understanding of credit risk and underwriting model development
• Hands-on credit policy building for lenders
• Knowledge of the lending lifecycle across marketing, acquisitions, customer management, and collections
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
• Nice to have: cash-flow underwriting or alternative data in consumer/ SMB lending
