Act as Business Lead for the full Record to Report end-to-end implementation
Lead cross-functional workshops to document current-state Finance processes
Oversee data migration strategy, execution, and validation for all financial master data
Work closely with the ERP implementation partner day-to-day
Lead functional-level status reporting on milestones and risks
Work closely with business and project leadership to execute a change management and training plan

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience with large ERP systems
3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
10+ years of experience working with financial applications
Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading Record to Report business process
Proven track record of managing projects within budget and timeline
